  • Overview

    Keystone Credit Services, part of the Smoker & Company family of companies, is a fast-paced collection agency located in Lititz, PA. Our mission is to meet the total debt collection needs of our clients while maintaining the highest standards of quality and performance.


    We are currently seeking motivated Collections Agents to join our team, working primarily on the phone in an office environment.  Our Collections Agents support our business and individual client accounts, obtaining maximum results while preserving a professional creditor to client relationship.


    We offer a base hourly rate, generous commissions and bonuses for meeting and exceeding established goals, and benefits such as health insurance, 401k, paid holidays, and PTO!  We also offer regular work schedules (no surprises!)


    The Collections Agent has responsibilities such as:


    • Locating and contacting debtors
    • Planning a course of action to recover outstanding debts
    • Negotiating payment plans
    • Investigating and resolving discrepancies
    • Working an average of 160 accounts per day




    • Basic PC skills (e.g. data entry, proper spelling/grammar, etc.)
    • Proficient reading, writing
    • Strong work ethic and integrity
    • Excellent voice clarity
    • Ability to be polite and courteous while maintaining the confidence to control the conversation
    • Ability to work independently and efficiently for the duration of the shift without distraction
    • Strong, effective communication and problem-solving skills
    • Consistent ability to multi-task (skip trace, check for property, employer etc. while on the phone)

    Third-party collections experience as well as FDCPA and FCRA training is a plus!


    The ability to work in the United States immediately is required!
